      COVID-19 HOW TO PICK A PACKAGE FROM A COURIER - 5 TIPS

 Please note: Delayed Delivery /Deliveries may take longer than usual

  1. Keep a distance when collecting the parcel at least 1,5 m, if possible 2m (6ft).
  2. Try not to touch the courier's hands.
  3. You can pick up the package in a disposable glove to securely pick up the package and, for example, sign a terminal or customer list.
  4. After receiving the package, wash your hands thoroughly with at least 30 seconds with warm water and soap, and use a disinfectant liquid if possible.
  5. For added security, set the package aside for a few hours before you open it. You can also do this with disposable gloves.

Please note: STANDARD DELIVERY- long distance delivery items need to be shipped from a warehouse further away. We offers the possibility to choose among a wider assortment of items with the long distance delivery. This  delivery service allows you to buy almost every product and every size there is on stock, regardless of where it is stored.

DELIVERY TIMES & TIMESCALES

Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays & Public Holidays)

  • Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday, at the weekend or a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
  • We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control (i.e. weather conditions, strikes, busy times such as holiday season, Christmas period, customs...).
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and are benchmarks according to the delivery providers in order for the customer to make a judgement as to which service may be most appropriate to them.
  • ella-boutique will not be liable for any loss caused to you due to the late delivery.

ORDERS

CONFIRM

Each order is subject to verification of product availability.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING / SHIPPING 

Before your parcel leaves the warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by the packaging team. (in particular the zips are checked). All orders are realized after the payment has been accepted by the bank it usually takes 1-2 days.

  • Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification letting you know we have received your order.
  • When an item is ready to ship, your order will be confirmed by email. As a guide, your order will normally be confirmed within 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification confirming your item is on it’s way to you.
  • Please note that shipping rates & delivery times vary from brand to brand.
  • Orders are shipped directly by ella-boutique and  brand that designed and created it (our business partners).
  • Orders are shipped to you from EU-Republic of Ireland/by ella-boutique and Poland/by brand, our returns address is based within Ireland.

DELIVERY

We will e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery or time takes longer than expected.

Deliveries must be signed for so we can ensure you have received your parcel. Please ensure that you are available to sign for your parcel and that you provide us with a phone number, email to pass onto the courier. 

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The local courier will deliver your order with the daily post. If there is nobody home to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a delivery docket in your letterbox, advising you to collect the parcel at your local office.

Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer The courier/post reserves the right to two days delay delivery of the consignment from the designated delivery date. 

TAX & DUTY

International shipments (outside EU Zone) are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges.

If shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
